Initial impressions- I’m in love with my new watch. I wanted a pretty smart watch. I didn’t want a square or too sporty looking watch. It was very easy to get setup and connected to my phone xr. I can’t wait to sleep in it tonight. Will add to my review after I’ve worn it a bit.Update- this watch is perfect! The battery lasts about a day and a half before recharging. I do t sleep in it as much- because then I have to charge it before work, and I won’t want to. The apps are really cool and it’s got beautiful graphics and good sound!!! Works great with iPhone XR. I was super duper nervous after reading all of the bad reviews about the battery life. When I first got the watch I did not have the settings where they needed to be and my battery went dead super FAST. However, after going into settings and changing things around my battery life is now great. I still have 60 to 70% of the end of every night. I get a ton of compliments on the watch, as well. I wear it in the pool all the time and I've had a zero issues. Now, in all fairness, I am not somebody who does a ton of crap with my watch. If you are, your battery may go dead quicker. I really just use it for the pedometer and to alert me when I get texts, notifications or phone calls.Many of the features will disabled with iPhone, not recommended for iPhone ownersI replaced my firbit versa 2 for this watch because I wanted something that looked dressy and not so much like a fitness watch. The battery so far has not lasted through the entire day and night and that has been since fresh out of the box. I'm going to switch back to my old fit bit and try and send this product back. Maybe, hopefully this isn't how the watch is supposed to operate and could be faulty. But not impressed in the slightest.El reloj llegó en su caja pero venía ligeramente maltratada. Estéticamente se ve inceíble.Como la mayoría comenta, la pila dura solo un día, pero es por tantas funciones que tiene. Puedes contestar llamadas y mensajes desde el reloj. Se carga super rápido como en 40 min. Aprox.Hasta el momento muy contento con la compra.Es muy bueno en diseño, funcionamiento y calidad, la pila me dura todo un día, el poder contestar llamadas sin necesidad de sacar el celular es un plus ya que trae bocina y micrófono ?????En general el reloj tiene buen acabado y se ve muy bien, sin embargo los detalles técnicos dejan mucho que desear, la compatibilidad con IOS es muy limitada, además de que este se desconectaba muy fácilmente y otro gran detalle es que la batería no duraba nada, se acababa de cargar y ala media hora ya se había gastado 20% de ella. La marca tiene que trabajar en los detalles, si bien es cierto con ios nunca seran 100% compatibles aun asi puede mejorar el procesoI received the watch, tried to set it up but it didn't turn on, doesn't charge. Reached out to customer service and they weren't helpful. I reached out to Michael kors customer service too. I'm disappointed with Amazon's customer service after all these years of being a loyal customer, they took my money of almost $400 and left me with a non functional watch
