The manual enclosed says you shouldn't immerse the watch under water but it is only water proof for when it rains. You can track these to your phone or just use the watch to track these fitness trackers: Walking, Running, & Cycling Hiking. I haven't figured out what the MORE is on the watch. The option on the phone will track a woman's menstrual cycle. I am very pleased that the watch isn't constantly on. You have to tap the face 3 to 4 times to turn it on and the move your finger upwards or downwards to select the screen you which you want to turn on.For the price it’s pretty good. I bought this to count my steps on a recent vacation. The only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is bc it records kilometers rather than miles. But for $10, not a big deal.Straightforward functionality. I utilize this device as a pedometer and blood pressure gauge. I ended buying my parents this same product to gauge their everyday Heart rate, O2 and BP.Very difficult to charge. Still trying to use app to connect with phone. Once this is all done it should be good. Nice dial and wrist band.Nice easy to read and I wear glasses. Love the blood pressure check feature main reason I bought. Light weight slim. Will get some for my family . Nice and simpleAs far as telling the time and date it's great for that but I could've just bought a regular watch and saved some money. I got it and plugged it in to charge overnight. The next day I unplugged it and put it on and it said I walked 1,920 steps. I hadn't even stepped away from the shelf. Clearly the step counter isn't very accurate so I don't trust the accuracy of all the other stuff it does. I only wore it once and won't wear it again. I'll get a better more accurate watch to count steps and everything else. One I can trust is accurate.Wrong shade of purple! It does not match the picture.I bought this product in April 2021. It worked great for a few months and just crashed on me. The company sent me a replacement but the same thing happened a couple of months later. I would not recommend this product.
