These are awesome little AirTag holders and they work exactly as advertised. We were initially concerned that our kid would pull them off, but he LOVES them and is very concerned with making sure they are securely attached to his shoes. YMMV, so take them out for a test run when you can grab the AirTag if you aren't totally confident in your kid. The AirTag snaps into the holder which can then be threaded with a velcro strap. It doesn't slide off easily, even when the velcro is undone, and is very secure once on. If your kid plays with them/pulls them off, you can probably secure them with a zip tie (but make sure to dull the cut end, as it can be quite sharp). This is fantastic for peace of mind if your child is not totally verbal, you're worried about losing your kid in a store or crowd, and/or you have a runner.AirTags do need to be near an iphone in order to triangulate location and properly track, so it won't work reliably if your child is in an area without close proximity to an apple phone. That's probably not a major concern since they're pretty common, but if you or your spouse aren't in the apple ecosystem, it's something to be aware of.
