I've been using this blood pressure watch for a couple weeks, and it’s been a great experience overall.First off, it’s incredibly comfortable and lightweight. The adjustable band has numbers on it, making it easy to get the right fit for accurate readings. The watch is well made with quality components. As a woman with a smaller wrist, I find it a little big for everyday wear (definitely styled for a man), but it’s nice and compact as a medical device. In terms of accuracy, I’ve compared the blood pressure readings with my traditional cuff device at home, and they’re very comparable, which is reassuring. I enjoy having a blood pressure monitor that is portable and battery-operated over a bulky plug-in device. This makes it convenient to use while traveling or at work. The battery has lasted several days on a single charge. The watch keeps a history of activity, blood pressure, BPM, blood oxygen levels, and sleep patterns. In addition, it functions as a regular smartwatch, allowing me to receive calls and texts, check the time and weather and more. One of the best features is the reminders to monitor my vitals throughout the day, along with prompts to get up and move. This functionality helps motivate me to stay active, which will help keep me on track for a healthier lifestyle. I also appreciate the sleep monitoring feature, which provides insights into my sleep patterns. The Livefit app is fairly straightforward and accumulates data from the watch, so you can view your history and look for any patterns that might affect your health. However, I wish there were a way to download or print the data for my doctor; if the feature exists, I haven’t figured it out yet.I also am still trying to determine how to connect the app with family for sharing information; the instructions are lacking in that area. If I can resolve that, I’ll update this review.Overall, this blood pressure watch is a solid investment for anyone looking to accurately and regularly monitor their health in a very convenient way. Amazon has a thirty day return window, so it’s definitely worth trying.Additional tips:It takes some time to get comfortable with all the functions and settings. It is mostly intuitive, but you will need to experiment with some features before mastering. There are a couple places in the watch and app menus where it is too easy to accidentally delete all your data, so be careful!Initially, I was frustrated because the watch screen would only stay on for 3 seconds. You can adjust the ‘screen off time’ in settings - I recommend doing this right away!If you unbind the device from the LiveFit app and want to rebind it, here is a tip. I had to go to my bluetooth settings and remove the watch before trying to bind it again.
