I home school 3 kids and these are the only home school planners I use. This is the third year I have bought them. There are enough planning days for 180 days of school (I think it's actually 182). There's plenty of space to write assignments. I sometimes cut the assignment space in half for my younger kids and the left side is stuff they can do on their own and the right side is what they have to do with me. It makes it so easy and quick for me to know what I need to do with each kid so I can plan my day with them accordingly. The only complaint I have is that there are only enough rows for 7 subjects. In order to add more subjects, I will draw a line through the row to make an additional space. Even decreasing the row size, I still have plenty of space to write a short assignment. There is also a lot of things in the beginning of the planner. I don't use most of that, but I know a lot of people would be interested in them. There are monthly planning calendars, attendance tracking, contacts, books you're using, and a lot more. This is always the number one planner I recommend to home school moms. After a year of heavy use, the binding is still in great shape! If your kids abuse their planners the binding may come undone, but so far all of my planners have stayed together fine. The only thing that would make it better is for it to be spiral bound. But you can always take it to a place like Staples and get them to make it spiral for you.
